1–2 tbsp ube flavoring (e.g., Bakersfield Ube Flavorade)

Combine Wet Ingredients:

Gradually sift the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Stir gently until the batter is smooth with no lumps. Do not overmix. -
Prepare the Molds:
Line your cupcake pan with liners and fill each about ¾ full with the batter. -
