  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • ½ cup salted butter

  • 2 large eggs

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries

2๏ธโƒฃ In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and fully combined.

3๏ธโƒฃ Whisk in the eggs and sugar until the mixture is smooth and slightly thickened.

4๏ธโƒฃ Gently stir in the flour until just combined — don’t overmix.

5๏ธโƒฃ Fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to mash them too much.

6๏ธโƒฃ Spoon the batter into greased or lined muffin tins, filling each about halfway.

7๏ธโƒฃ Bake for 12–14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is soft and slightly jiggly.
