For the Pretzel Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar

For the Cream Layer:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

For the Peach Gelatin Topping:

  • 1 (15 oz) can sliced peaches, drained

  • 1 box (3 oz) peach gelatin (Jell-O)

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • ½ cup cold water


๐Ÿ“ Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Pretzel Crust:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
    Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
    Press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely.

  2. Make the Cream Layer:
    In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
    Spread evenly over the cooled crust, making sure to seal the edges to prevent the gelatin from leaking down.
    Chill for 30 minutes.

  3. Prepare the Peach Gelatin Topping:
    Dissolve peach gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
    Let cool for 10–15 minutes (do not let it set).
    Arrange sliced peaches on top of the cream layer.
    Gently pour the cooled gelatin over the peaches.

  4. Chill Until Set:
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until fully set.

  5. Slice and Serve:
    Cut into squares and enjoy this sweet, salty, creamy, and fruity dessert!
