✨ Marshmallow Fluff Fudge ✨

Creamy, chocolatey, and foolproof — a crowd favorite for any occasion!


🗒 Ingredients

🍫 Fudge Base:

  • 3 cups granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (1½ sticks)

  • ⅔ cup evaporated milk

  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff

  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

🌰 Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

  • ½ cup mini marshmallows (for topping)


📝 Directions

1. Prepare the Pan

  • Line a 9x13-inch pan (or 9x9-inch for thicker fudge) with parchment or foil, leaving overhang.

  • Lightly grease the lining for easy removal.

2. Cook the Fudge Base

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.

  • Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

  • Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes.

3. Add Marshmallow Fluff and Chocolate

  • Remove from heat.

  • Immediately stir in marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

  • Mix vigorously until fully melted and smooth.

  • If adding nuts, fold them in now.

4. Pour and Set

  • Pour fudge into the prepared pan.

  • Smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Optional: Press mini marshmallows or nuts on top.

  • Let set at room temp (4 hours) or refrigerate (2 hours) until firm.

5. Slice and Serve

  • Lift fudge using parchment overhang.

  • Slice into 36 small squares.

  • Serve and enjoy the rich, velvety treat!
