🍫 Fudge Base:

3 cups granulated sugar

¾ cup unsalted butter (1½ sticks)

⅔ cup evaporated milk

1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow fluff
-
1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
🌰 Optional Add-Ins:

1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
-
½ cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
📝 Directions
1. Prepare the Pan

Line a 9x13-inch pan (or 9x9-inch for thicker fudge) with parchment or foil, leaving overhang.

Lightly grease the lining for easy removal.
2. Cook the Fudge Base
-
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk.

Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
-
Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes.
3. Add Marshmallow Fluff and Chocolate
-
Remove from heat.
-
Immediately stir in marshmallow fluff, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract.

Mix vigorously until fully melted and smooth.
-
If adding nuts, fold them in now.
4. Pour and Set

Pour fudge into the prepared pan.

Smooth the top with a spatula.

Optional: Press mini marshmallows or nuts on top.

Let set at room temp (4 hours) or refrigerate (2 hours) until firm.
5. Slice and Serve

Lift fudge using parchment overhang.

Slice into 36 small squares.
