Ingredients
For the Cake Layers:

2 ½ cups (300 g) all-purpose flour

2 ½ tsp baking powder
-
½ tsp salt
-
1 cup (230 g) unsalted butter, softened
-
2 cups (400 g) granulated sugar
-
4 large eggs, room temperature
-
2 tsp vanilla extract
-
1 cup (240 ml) whole milk, room temperature
For the Buttercream:

1 ½ cups (345 g) unsalted butter, softened
-
4 cups (500 g) powdered sugar, sifted
-
2–3 tbsp heavy cream or milk
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
Food coloring (optional)
For Decoration:
-
Fondant in white, pink, or your chosen colors
-
Edible pearls
-
Edible glitter or luster dust
-
Food-safe gold paint
-
Small doll topper or food-safe mannequin torso

Piping gel
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Bake the Cake Layers
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
-
Grease and line three 8-inch (20 cm) round cake pans.
-
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
-
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar for 3–4 minutes until pale and fluffy.
-
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
-
Add the dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the dry mix.
-
Divide the batter evenly among the pans and smooth the tops.
-
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool cakes in their pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
