Natural Juice to Support Eye Health

🥕 Ingredients:

  • 1 large carrot – peeled and chopped
    (Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts into vitamin A — essential for retina function.)

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger – peeled and chopped
    (Ginger reduces inflammation and improves circulation to the eyes.)

  • 1 green apple – washed and chopped
