DRINK THIS JUICE if you have blurry vision, cataracts, or memory problems


🍹 Natural Juice for Blurry Vision, Cataracts, and Memory Support

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium carrots (rich in beta-carotene)

  • 1 green apple (antioxidant and good for the brain)

  • 1/2 beetroot (improves circulation)

  • A small piece of ginger (anti-inflammatory)

  • Juice of 1 orange (vitamin C)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (omega-3, great for memory)

  • 1 glass of water (optional, for blending)


🧃 Preparation:

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Peel the carrots, beetroot, and ginger.

  3. Cut everything into small pieces and place them in a blender.

  4. Add the orange juice and some water if desired.

  5. Blend until smooth.

  6. Add the chia seeds at the end and let sit for 10 minutes before drinking.
