Ingredients

For the Toppings:

Fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries (or any berries you like)

Maple syrup (or honey)

Powdered sugar for dusting

Fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Make the Waffle Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat eggs, then whisk in milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix; small lumps are fine).
2. Cook the Waffles

Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Lightly grease the plates with butter or nonstick spray.

Pour batter into the waffle iron, spreading evenly. Close the lid and cook until golden brown and crisp (about 3–5 minutes, depending on your waffle maker).
3. Assemble and Serve

Stack waffles on a plate.

Arrange fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries on top.

Drizzle generously with maple syrup.

Dust lightly with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh mint if desired.
