🍰 White Chocolate Vanilla Cake

  • 3 ¾ cups cake flour

  • 1 tbsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup unsalted butter (room temp)

  • 2 ½ cups granulated sugar

  • 5 large egg whites

  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

  • ½ cup melted white chocolate (cooled)

  • 1 ½ cups buttermilk

  • Optional: pale blue or icy lavender gel food coloring

  1. Preheat oven to 340°F (170°C). Grease and line cake pans.
