How to Make Ginger Juice – No Sugar


Ginger juice is a powerful, natural drink packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and a refreshing kick. It’s perfect for boosting immunity, aiding digestion, and giving you an instant energy lift — all without adding sugar.


Ingredients

  • 100g fresh ginger root
  • 2 cups cold water (or coconut water for extra minerals)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional for extra freshness)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ginger
    Wash the ginger root thoroughly. You can peel it if desired, but it’s not necessary if it’s organic.
  2. Blend or Grate
    • Blender method: Chop ginger into small pieces and blend with 1 cup of water until smooth.
    • Grater method: Grate the ginger finely and place it in a bowl.
  3. Extract the Juice
    • If blended, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a jug.
    • If grated, squeeze the grated ginger in a cheesecloth or with clean hands to release the juice.
  4. Dilute and Flavor
    Add the remaining water and lemon juice (optional) for taste. Stir well.
  5. Serve
    Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days in a sealed glass bottle. Shake before drinking.
