
Flaxseeds Sleeping Mask That Will Transform Your Skin
Today, you’ll learn how to make a simple yet effective DIY sleeping mask that can leave your skin soft and glowing overnight. This recipe harnesses the power of flaxseeds, aloe vera gel, vitamin E, and glycerin to deeply nourish your skin.
Ingredients:

1 tablespoon of flaxseeds

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel

1 tablespoon of glycerin

2 vitamin E capsules
Instructions:

Add the flaxseeds and water to a pot and boil for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture through a muslin cloth to extract the gel.

In a clean bowl, mix the flaxseed gel with aloe vera gel and glycerin.
