Ingredients:

2 large ripe bananas

1 cup whole wheat flour or oat flour (you can also blend rolled oats into flour)
Instructions:
Step 1: Mash the Bananas
Start by peeling the bananas and placing them in a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash them thoroughly until the texture is smooth and creamy. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more flavorful your bread will be.
Step 2: Add the Flour
Gradually add the flour to the mashed bananas while mixing. Stir until you get a thick, smooth batter.
